Dahi Papdi Chaat is one of the most-loved snacks on India's street-food scene, and we've brought that same combination of textures to Burnaby. Crunchy fried papdi wafers form the base, layered generously with spiced boiled potatoes, soft chickpeas, and a cooling drizzle of whipped yogurt.
